Please order by Item Number.  Actual Packing and Shipping Costs will be added to the cost of the items ordered.  Individuals and Retailers may order single or multiple pieces that will be similar to those shown.  Most pieces can be Custom Ordered in your personal selection of colors. Special Orders are always welcome. Wholesale Discounts are available to Retailers. Contact the Artist for Details.

Because each piece is unique, Kurt prefers to establish personal contact with you, initially by e-mail and then, if need be, by phone. Please include item number and quantity, applicable color choices, shipping destination, and any other information you may feel relevant. Payment may be made by check, money order, or credit card. We accept all major credit cards.  Please note your preferred method of payment in your initial e-mail but, PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IN YOUR E-MAIL! For your convenience we now accept PayPal. Mr. Rauen will give you the account information in his response to your message.

Appropriate hanging hardware is attached to each piece.  Customers should understand that there are inherent variances in handcrafted work.  The subtle variations in tone, veining, scarring and other natural markings of leather affect the color and texture within the artwork and are indications of a natural product.  They are not considered to be flaws.

All but the smallest décor pieces are reinforced with a composite stiffener to ensure against distortion from heat and humidity.  This does not mean that the work is weather proof.  The only weather proof piece of leather is still on the cow! To preserve the beauty of your sculptured leather art, avoid direct sunlight and high humidity when displaying these pieces.
